Terms and Conditions
Substitution Policy: You may transfer your paid registration (minus a $50.00 administrative fee) to another individual by email, stating the name of the original registrant and the name of the substitute (including address and phone number). All transfers must be requested in writing by Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Conference Attendance Changes: If you wish to switch your attendee type between In-Person and Online, you may do so by sending the request to conferences@chadd.org; you will be charged a $50 administrative fee. If the request is received on or before October 30, 2023, the difference in registration price will be billed / refunded to you. After October 30, 2023, switching from In-Person access to Online access, will receive no refund for the difference. Switching from Online access to In-Person access after October 30, 2023, will be charged the difference in the Online rate you paid and the In-Person access rate that you would have paid at that time. Refund Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to conferences@chadd.org and received by October 30, 2023 in order to qualify for a refund. Cancellations requested on or before October 30, 2023, will receive a full refund minus $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after October 30, 2023, or for NO SHOWS.
