Question:

Will I be able to receive continuing education credits for attending the conference?
Answer:
We are providing continuing education credits for the following during the conference, please visit the Continuing Education Credits page for more information:

  • Continuing Medical Education Credits (CMEs) for medical professionals, physicians;
  • Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for nurses;
  • Continuing Education Credits (CEs) for psychologists and other mental health professionals;
  • Continuing Education Credits (CCEs) for coaches.

Payment & Registration Information

Question:
Can I pay via invoice?
Answer:
Absolutely! You will need to contact the Conference Department team at conferences@chadd.org to do this and payment is required prior to your attendance at the conference.

Question:
What is the substitution policy?
Answer:
You may transfer your paid registration to another individual by email, stating the name of the original registrant and the name of the substitute (including address and phone number). All transfers must be requested in writing by February 28, 2025, to conferences@chadd.org.

Question:
What is the conference attendance change policy?
Answer:
If you wish to switch your attendee type between In-Person and Online, you may do so by sending the request to conferences@chadd.org. If the request is received on or before October 16, 2024, the difference in registration price will be billed / refunded to you. After October 16, 2024, switching from In-Person access to Online access, will receive no refund for the difference. Switching from Online access to In-Person access after October 16, 2024, will be charged the difference in the Online rate you paid and the In-Person access rate that you would have paid at that time.

What is the refund policy?
Answer:
You may cancel your registration for the conference at any time prior to February 21, 2025. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to conferences@chadd.org in order to qualify for a refund. Cancellations requested on or before February 21, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after February 21, 2025, or for NO SHOWS.


General Session Information

Question:
Do I have to select my sessions in advance?
Answer:
Attendees will not be able to select their sessions in advance. However, through your attendee portal, you will be able to create your own schedule and add sessions to your calendar. All sessions are first come, first served. Seating begins 15 minutes prior to session start time. For safety, attendees are not permitted to sit or stand in the back of a session room and no chairs may be added.
