Conference Planning Committee

We are thrilled to extend a heartfelt welcome to ADHD2024. While you are here, we want you to CONNECT with each other and LEARN as much as you can from our speakers. But most of all we want you to THRIVE in this conference environment, take it back with you when you return to your life, and share what you learned so that others can thrive, too.

CONNECT. Our annual conference on ADHD fosters meaningful connections. We connect you to valuable information to enhance your life with ADHD, and we connect you to others in the community. A person who attended last year explained it this way: "It is the only conference where you may come alone and leave with a family." We embrace both intellectual understanding and emotional connection—head and heart.

LEARN. We bring together the best speakers, from the seasoned experts you know so well to the emerging voices who will be tomorrow’s ADHD advocacy stars. We combine a comprehensive perspective to benefit you, your loved ones, clients, patients, or students. A first-time attendee told us: "As a non-ADHD spouse, parent, and corporate healthcare professional, I can’t say enough about how valuable this conference was! I got so much out of every single session (and I thought I already knew a lot about ADHD!). I highly recommend this conference—it was so valuable and worth my time and investment."

You will also love the interactive discussions, activities, and the shared experiences of your fellow attendees. Anticipate bringing home fresh insights, deeper understanding, helpful resources, and many actionable, practical strategies for navigating life more effectively. This conference is the place to soak it all in.

THRIVE. Equally important to all the knowledge you gain is our focus on your holistic well-being and growth. We understand the importance of rejuvenating personal connections and all the heartfelt conversations you will have. We love to hear feedback like this: "This conference is an absolute must for any ADHDer. For multiple days, you are surrounded by a level of love and acceptance that you likely won't find anywhere else. A hundred percent of the people attending just 'get you' and are excited to be a part of your life. This is hands-down the most supportive and validating place you will ever be as someone with ADHD." ADHD2024 is a space where you can be authentic, surrounded by a supportive community that understands and embraces you.

We are always proud of and immensely grateful for the intelligent and passionate speakers who take time out of their busy schedules to share their wisdom. However, it is the sense of community, camaraderie, and the myriad experiences that occur outside of formal presentations that truly make this conference shine.

Join us in Anaheim for ADHD2024 for three days that will change your life.
