Friday, December 1
Morning Mindfulness

Yoga: Gift yourself the time to recharge your body and mind during the conference. This beginner-friendly yoga session will combine gentle movement with attention to breath and mindfulness, all within a judgment-free space.

Guided Meditation: Mindfulness exercises designed for the ADHD brain. In the morning we will begin with brief mindfulness practices that can help you feel less scattered, more grounded, and ready for the conference day. You will sample mindfulness skills that you can use in daily life to deal with stress or to increase self-awareness.

Talent Show

Nothing helps us Connect. Learn. Thrive. like sharing our gifts and talents with each other—and there is no better place to do that than the 2023 ADHD Conference Talent Show.

The Talent Show is our long-running Friday night tradition, a perfect time to relax a little and refresh yourself before Saturday’s sessions. It’s a great place to meet folks and make even more connections, maybe over a favorite song, poem, or performance.

The Talent Show is a showcase for the unusual, entertaining, and amazing talents of attendees and speakers in a fun, therapeutic, bare-your-soul way. Some of your favorites will be returning, and some never-before-seen talents will take the stage.
